Reactive API

Trigger emails from your CRM or web database using an API to manage uploads and downloads of individual records (for example to pass information from one database to another when a registration form is submitted, or to trigger personalized emails to a customer when your call center inputs an order).

Data Integration API

For full data synchronization, using the API makes is easy to seamlessly transfer data in one direction or both. This process may be run continuously or scheduled for e.g. nightly updates. Exporting the data from bubblebox:email allows you to feed back information captured using bubblebox:email's forms, event data (e.g. clicks and opens) as well as unsubscribes and bounces into your CRM system.
